Shipping information
Parcel delivery to Switzerland
We deliver all items by parcel with our shipping partner DHL. For orders up to CHF 119.99 we charge CHF 4.99 for shipping; from CHF 120, delivery is free. You can find the delivery and processing times on each product page.
By default, parcels are delivered to the first lockable front door (building entrance/ground floor). Couriers often bring the parcel to your apartment door, but we cannot guarantee this.
Delivery times
Delivery times are shown on each item. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one shipment unless agreed otherwise – the delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery time.
You can find all information on payment methods on our payment options page.
