1. Return period: 30 days

You may return goods that you have purchased via mokebo.ch within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. If you have ordered several items that are delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item.

2. How it works

1. Send us an e-mail to hello@mokebo.de within the 30 days, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

2. We will send you a return label. Before you use it, we will let you know what the return will cost.

3. Send the goods back using our label within 14 days of receiving the label.

Please do not use your own label. The return shipment goes to Germany and must be cleared through customs. This can only be ensured with our label.

3. Return shipping costs

You bear the costs of the return shipment. They depend on the size and weight of the shipment. We deduct them from your refund.

4. Condition of the goods

Please return the goods complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging. You may examine and try out the goods in the same way as you would be able to in a shop. If the goods have been used beyond this, or are damaged or incomplete, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the loss in value.

5. Refund

We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods and any shipping costs you paid for the original delivery, less the return shipping costs and any loss in value. The refund will be made within 14 days after the goods have been received and inspected by us, using the means of payment with which you paid.

6. Exclusions from the right of return

- Goods made to your individual specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Gift cards

7. Defective goods

If the goods are damaged or defective, this is not a return but a warranty claim. In that case, we bear the costs of the return shipment. Here, too, please contact us by e-mail at hello@mokebo.de, with photos if possible. Details can be found in § 7 of our GTC.
