Die Kunden lobten das „elegante“ Design, die „atemberaubende“ Farbe und die Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten dieser Garderobe. Die Rezensenten stellten die „einfache Montage“ und das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fest. Der Kundensupport reagierte zwar, einige nannten jedoch, dass die Versandverpackung unzureichend war, was zu beschädigten Teilen führte, die ausgetauscht werden mussten.

Wir sind mit dem Schrank und den Kundensupport zufrieden. Leider ist die Versandverpackung nicht ausreichend für den gewählten Paketdienst (GLS).
Wir mussten einige Teile wegen Beschädigung reklamieren. Diese wurden unkompliziert ersetzt, trotzdem ärgerlich und zeitaufwendig.
Der Schrank passt perfekt in unseren Flur und könnte mit dem matten, cleanen Design auch in jedem anderen Zimmer der Wohnung Platz finden. Gerade mit der Erweiterung bietet das Modell sehr viel Stauraum. Eine mögliche Verbesserung wäre die freie Platzierung des Druckknopf für die Erweiterung oben - dann könnte man ihn einfacher ohne Hilfsmittel öffnen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden ihn direkt wieder kaufen.

Als je de lade volledig open trekt hoeveel cm steekt de lade dan uit?
Hallo Joshua! Hartelijk dank voor je bericht en je vraag over de lades. Als je de lade helemaal uittrekt, steekt deze ongeveer 40 cm uit de kast. Onze lades zijn namelijk voorzien van een veilige gedeeltelijke uittrekfunctie, waardoor het achterste deel stevig in de geleiders in de kast blijft zitten om optimale stabiliteit en draagkracht te garanderen. Inclusief de kastdiepte van 58 cm resulteert dit bij een volledig uitgetrokken lade in een totale diepte van ongeveer 98 cm in de ruimte. Hartelijke groeten je mokebo-team
Moet je deze kasi helemaal zelf in elkaar zetten?
Hoi! Bedankt voor je vraag. Ja, de kast wordt als bouwpakket in losse onderdelen geleverd en moet je helemaal zelf in elkaar zetten. We bieden zelf helaas geen montageservice aan, maar je kunt hiervoor natuurlijk altijd zelf een externe vakman of klusjesdienst inschakelen. Er zit uiteraard een duidelijke stap-voor-stap montagehandleiding bij, waarmee de montage vlot lukt, en we raden aan om de kast met twee personen op te bouwen.

Kan er ook verlichting in de kast?
Hoi Antonella! Bedankt voor je vraag. Standaard bieden we geen geïntegreerde verlichting voor onze kasten aan en er zijn geen voorgeboorde uitsparingen of aansluitingen voor verlichting aanwezig. Je kunt echter natuurlijk heel eenvoudig zelf draadloze ledstrips of ledspots met batterij of plakstrip aan de binnenzijde monteren als je graag licht in de kast wilt hebben.
